Available Positions

Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication on project activities directly with the customer

Ensure project delivery from A to Z within scope, time, budget, and other objectives

Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities

Measure and report project performance to stakeholders

Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes

Assist the Sales department in customer negotiations with professional expertise

Experience

University degree

At least 2+ years of experience in Project Management working with external customers and/or Senior Key Account Management experience in finance or IT

Entry to mid-level tech savviness is a must

Good understanding of project management processes and methodology

Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills

Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
Responsibilities

Perform customers verification and further onboarding process

Provide customers with information about the company's products and offer new products

Conclude contracts with customers

Day-to-day communication with customers

Organize meetings with new/existing customers

Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships

Experience

Business degree or related professional qualification

High level of responsibility

Excellent communication skills

At least 1-year previous experience in customers relationship management

Fluent in English and Russian, other languages will be considered an advantage

Ability to work autonomously
