    • Deep-dive into our product range to define a clear, differentiated strategic narrative, value props, and USPs. You will transform ''tech specs'' into compelling business cases for diverse verticals like Retail, eCommerce, and Fintech.
    • Lead and own end-to-end go-to-market execution for new product and feature launches. This includes defining the audience, messaging, and distribution channels, while staying on board to drive adoption and post-launch growth.
    • Act as a strategic bridge to our tech and product teams. You will use market intelligence and customer feedback to influence the roadmap, ensuring we build what the market actually wants to buy.
    • Build and lead the framework for measuring success. You will track product activation and funnel health using real data and technical truths, not surface-level observations.
    • Create high-impact playbooks, collateral, and product resources that empower our teams to close complex, high-ticket deals.
    • Actively participate in crafting our commercial approach by identifying opportunities to bundle products for high-value segments or unbundle specific features for standalone sales.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Payments.
    • Ability to prove your solid experience in market research, customer segmentation, and translating insights into clear, actionable marketing decisions.
    • Full-Stack GTM Experience: You’ve led multiple successful launches from discovery through to post-launch optimization.
    • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to handle complex pricing and product positioning.
    • Exceptional communication skills. You are a storyteller who can convey value through visuals, experience, or text. It’s about the impact of the message, not just the copy.
    • Deep understanding of the B2B payments infrastructure (Acquiring, Issuing, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own a comprehensive annual events strategy in alignment with our marketing and sales objectives. Manage the full lifecycle of events: from Tier-1 international fintech conferences to high- signal side events with strategic partners.
    • Create high-impact networking opportunities (dinners, mixers, roundtables) during major industry weeks to maximize the ROI of Sales and BD effort.
    • Design and lead the creation of bespoke experiences, focusing on details, unique venues, and memorable touchpoints. Simply said, make sure DECTA is the brand guests are still talking about the next morning.

    • Collaborate closely with the key stakeholders within Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnership Departments. Own the post-event assessment incl. lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and ROI, turning "weak points" into data-driven insights.

    What You Will Do

    • 5+ Years of Experience with proven track record in event management or field marketing, specifically owning large-scale, global B2B events.
    • Deep experience planning events for fintech, payments, or crypto audiences is essential. You know who the players are and where the industry is heading.
    • Advanced skills in marketing measurements, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Logistical confidence with tight deadlines, complex international shipping, or last-minute changes.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • What You Will Do:

    • Build the organic engine: Own the strategy and execution for organic traffic and lead generation. You’re able to build a repeatable system that attracts leads across key markets.
    • Design and Execute the SEO & AEO Strategy: Own the transition from traditional keyword-ranking to "Answer Engine" dominance. You will ensure DECTA’s infrastructure and content are optimized not just for Google, but for LLM-based discovery.
    • Lead the content & creative stack: Oversee Content Marketing and Marketing Design. You’ll ensure our brand identity and our written narrative are consistent, and designed to convert.
    • Master the SEO engine: Manage and challenge the external SEO agency. You need enough technical depth to know if they are delivering results or just reporting on metrics.
    • Scale Brand Awareness & Build Trust: Move our social media presence beyond the corporate update and into a space where we are seen as industry authorities.
    • Experimentation: You will constantly run experiments on content formats, landing page UX, and distribution channels to see what actually moves the needle on MQLs and affect our ranking in AI-generated overviews. Funnel Orchestration: Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure our inbound leads are nurtured through email and lifecycle marketing, turning visitors into customers.

    Requirements for candidates:

    • 7+ Years of Experience in SEO, Content, or Organic Growth roles, preferably within B2B Fintech or SaaS.
    • Proven Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams (Designers, Content Writers, Social Media Managers).
    • Technical SEO & AEO Proficiency: You don’t need to be a developer, but you must understand site architecture, backlink strategy, and the core concepts of the LLM-led search.
    • Demonstrated Impact: You have a strong track record of growth (actual charts showing organic traffic and lead generation growth that you directly influenced).
    • Agency Management: You have a history of scaling agencies that perform and firing those that don’t.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication: no corporate "slop"; just direct effective comms.
