Available Positions

  • Requirements:

    • Previous international experience of different payment methods and solution sales;

    • Be precise in filling basic sales forms and maintain correct inputs in CRM.

    Responsibilities:

    • To effectively sell DECTA card acquiring services to merchants, partners and other institutions.
    • To constantly analyze and be aware of the market news, competitors news, competing payment methods available.
    • To know all the pros and cons of DECTA service and be able to justify and effectively prove to the customer why one or another payment method offered by DECTA will improve everyday business gain.
    • To advertise, praise and improve DECTA brand awareness, brand image in the financial IT industry.
    • To attend industry events and conferences and maintain personal network.
    • To identify and implement new market development opportunities that contribute to business growth.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous international experience of a) financial technology solution sales or b) payment card processing services sales experience;
    • Experience in payments, e-commerce, banking and financial IT solutions would be an advantage;
    • Experience in sales to banks/financial institutions would be considered as advantage;
    • Fluent English is a must, other languages are preferred too;
    • Ability to speak and present to the public, ability to dress representatively, be honest and polite to clients and peer colleagues of any level;
    • Be precise in filling basic sales forms and maintain correct inputs in CRM.

    Responsibilities:

    • To effectively sell DECTA card Issuer Processing, card Acquirer Processing services, White-Label Payment Gateway and Digital Banking solutions to various banks, fintechs and other financial institutions in Europe and abroad;
    • To constantly analyse and be aware of the market news, competitors news, competing technologies available;
    • To know all the pros and cons of DECTA payment technology services and be able to justify and effectively prove to the customer why one or another technology offered by DECTA will improve everyday business gain;
    • To be able to prepare commercial proposals, successfully negotiate pricing and justify company position accordingly;
    • To prepare and manage the process of contract negotiations with customer;
    • To advertise, praise and improve DECTA brand awareness, brand image in the financial IT industry.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
    • Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage

    Responsibilities:

    • Transaction Monitoring (Fraud and AML)
    • Analyse WebShield alerts. Oversee transaction monitoring rules and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Control the compliance of the merchants with the rules of Visa and Mastercard
    • Analyse merchant activity during the onboarding and ongoing monitoring stages
    • Follow the chargeback and fraud rates of merchants.
    • Provide merchant statistics to other departments. Communicate with other departments
  • What You Will Do:

    • Create visuals, presentations, content deliverables, and other core design assets.
    • Develop sales and marketing collateral for both digital and print channels.
    • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all external and internal materials.
    • Oversee the collaboration with the branding and design agencies for them to execute in alignment with the company's needs in visual communications.
    • Consistently contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design systems.
    • Lead the motion design production, either internally or externally. Leverage modern tech stack to improve efficiency and production at scale.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design.
    • Deep proficiency in modern design tools. Figma at minimum, Adobe CC is an advantage, familiarity with motion and video tooling is a plus.
    • Solid portfolio demonstrating both digital and print designs.

    • English proficiency, both written and spoken. UI/UX experience is a strong plus.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Integrations with 3rd party systems: Develop and implement integrations with various external payment providers, supporting different payment types, scenarios.
    • Scalable API Development: Create and optimize RESTful APIs to handle payment flows and ensure seamless communication between services.
    • Testing and Validation: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and robustness. Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues in production and development environments.
    • Code Quality and Collaboration: Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that is reviewed and accepted by the team.
    • Documentation: Provide complete documentation for APIs, workflows, and integration guides.
    • Task Estimation and Delivery: Evaluate tasks, estimate timeframes accurately, and deliver them within deadlines.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Microservices; Event-Driven Development
    • API integrations (with Payment Gateways is a way better)
    • Basic Cryptography & Security practices. Writing and managing Python Packages / SDKs.
    • Logging best practices (especially in distributed systems).
    • Basic knowledge of CI/CD.
    • Previous experience with payment method integrations will be considered as an advantage.
  • What You Will Do:

    • Ensure that personal data processing activities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including within the framework of international cooperation.
    • Maintain and develop documentation related to personal data protection, including records of processing activities and contractual data protection provisions.
    • Provide legal support in the handling and resolution of incidents.
    • Assess new products and cooperation models from a data protection perspective.
    • Perform other day-to-day legal tasks in the field of commercial law to support DECTA's business operations, including within the framework of international cooperation.

    Requirements:

    • Higher legal education (preferably a Master's degree in Law).
    • At least 2 years of practical experience in assessing personal data processing activities and maintaining records of processing activities and related documentation. At least 3 years of experience in commercial law and contract law.
    • A professional certification in the field of data protection will be considered an advantage.
    • Experience in IT law and/or the payment services industry is considered an advantage.
    • Ability to independently assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented, solution-focused legal advice.
    • High level of accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Execute manual tests
    • Develop and maintain automated tests
    • Design, manage, and maintain test plans and test cases
    • Track product quality, validate bug fixes, and ensure issue resolution

    Requirements for candidates:

    • 2+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
    • Ability to create, maintain, prioritize, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
    • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright)
    • Hands-on experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
    • Ability to write basic SQL queries. Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
    • Nice to have: Basic understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) principles
