Production Engineer Team Leader
As a Production Engineer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, developing and auditing the quality control for the Production Engineer Team.Primary responsibilities will focus on service development/refinement and operational management and oversight, including strategic direction, policy governance and development, continual service improvements, 2nd line support and maintenance in a large enterprise setting.
 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Track system issues through resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management

 Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

  • Proven work experience as a team leader is a plus

System Analyst
As a System Analyst, you will be analyzing and capturing IT requirements, as well as assisting business projects to find solutions to business requirements by developing existing application portfolio. System Analyst will be a liaison between business projects and IT delivery to understand the business needs and possible system support solutions.
 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 

  • Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems;
  • Analyze information system requirements and develop technical requirements and specifications;
  • Improve and develop existing technologies;
  • Implement new systems/products by choosing and configuring software;
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation;
  • Ensure information system and service quality.

Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer-related field;
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, systems and data requirements;
  • Advanced proficiency and expertise across multiple technical areas and business segments including but not limited to: payments and payment card industry, data management;
  • Experience in IT project management;
  • Proven ability of defining and documenting IT requirements;
  • Expertise in payment card industry and/or financial accounting will be considered as advantage;
  • Be initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of languages (English, Latvian, Russian) is a must.

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for software development and documentation, maintaining and enhancing current Java-based applications and assisting project teams in a project planning phases.

  •   Participation in project planning

 Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Preferably at least 1-2 year work experience in Software Developer position
  • Java, SQL, Javascript, HTML knowledge
  • Knowledge of operational systems, database, security, testing of information systems

  • Ability to learn quickly

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, resolving issues and problems as the first line of Support, troubleshooting or escalating issues as appropriate, in a timely manner.
 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact at the Help Desk.
  • Troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved.
  • Maintain IT inventory list and user access list.
