Front-end Developer

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Develop new features for Payment Gateway application
  • Extend new Payment Form with new Payment Methods like Apple Pay or PayPal
  • Participate in technical designs discussions
  • Document performed work with Applications
  • Maintain existing code base and refactor by following best practices
  • Suggest new ideas for product improvements

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 

  • Solid experience with React.js / Vue.js (min 2 years)
  • Solid understanding about HTML/CSS/JS
  • Experience in developing application using TypeScript, creating and maintaining single page applications
  • Experience in application delivery using Cloud technologies and in writing and maintaining unit tests

Process Documentation Specialist

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Development of document management systems
  • Cooperation with all the teams to understand their documentation needs while keeping the right balance between formalities and fintech fast business needs
  • Drafting policies and process descriptions in cooperation with product owners and heads of divisions
  • Provision of the necessary support to the teams in quality management and audits
  • Initiation of improvements in workflows to raise efficiency and quality of the company’s performance in all its processes
  • Performance of process risk analysis and the necessary risk control measure identification
 

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 

  • Higher education in the fields of economics, finance, law, IT or similar.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in drafting policies and process descriptions and keeping them up to date
  • Knowledge and previous experience in quality management and risk management methods and tools
  • Ability to identify gaps in processes and documentation and capacity to propose solutions
  • Analytical and creative thinking

Internal Auditor

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Draft and follow audit plan
  • Perform internal audits (operational, AML, special projects, etc.) in accordance with audit standards
  • Follow timely implementation of regulatory and external audit recommendations. 
  • Participate in reviewing different processes and suggest modifications designed to increase efficiency, performance, and results
  • Participate in the review of systems in place to ensure that they allow for internal controls that are effective and cost-efficient
  • Participate in the review of DECTA’s practices while ensuring that they fully comply with established policies and procedures
  • Act as a business partner to management regarding internal controls, processes and systems efficiency and risk management
 

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in internal audit

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role:

 

  • Identify and approach prospective customers, negotiate and close deals
  • Sell DECTA Payment Solutions to all-sized companies that fit our sweet spot
  • Build a trustful relation with merchants, lead meetings, close deals, carry out contractual and go live work
  • Travel and network
  • Attending global events to promote DECTA's payments solutions
  • Work with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop with your colleagues professionally
  • This is a full-time position with the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week

 

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 

  • You are a passionate salesperson with strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skills
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales role successfully selling technically complex products or services

  • Ensuring smooth operations of services offered by DECTA to the customers around the world

  • LINUX, Network and Storage infrastructure support, planning, and implementation

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 

  • In-depth understanding of networking (LAN&WAN)

  • Network security

  • Experience working with Fortinet appliances

  • Experience with performance management and administration of SAN systems (HP, Hitachi)

  • Strong working experience with RHEL/CentOS, including in-depth experience in deep-level support, administration, and performance tuning of LINUX software

  • Experience in supporting large public services

  • Ability to provide a strategic LINUX, Network, and Storage direction for the organization

  • Working with multiple Internet providers

  • Supporting hybrid infrastructure

  • Configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible etc).

  • Effectively sell DECTA technology product processing services and White-label payment gateway solutions to various financial institutions and banks
  • Constantly analyze and be aware of the market news, competitors news, competing technologies available
  • Know all the pros and cons of DECTA services and be able to justify and effectively prove to the customer why one or another technology offered by DECTA will improve everyday business gain
  • Advertise, praise and improve DECTA brand awareness, brand image in the financial IT industry
 

Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role:

 
  • Previous international experience of financial technology solution sales or software solution international sales
  • Experience in payments, e-commerce, banking, and financial IT solutions would be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in sales to banks/financial institutions would be considered an advantage
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages are preferred too
  • Ability to speak and present to the public, ability to dress representatively, be honest and polite to clients and peer colleagues
  • Be precise in filling basic sales forms and maintain correct inputs in CRM
