Responsibilities:

• Acquiring chargeback processing in Visa/Mastercard system
• Compilation and implementation of Visa/Mastercard chargeback news in the workflow
• Preparing and sending chargeback reports to customers
• Maintaining accuracy of data and chargeback information
• Verification of chargeback documents and their registration in the in-house systems
• Communication with customers
